Trauma Survivors Journal (PDF)

$9.99

After getting the same frustrated question by women currently suffering: “BuT wH𝚊𝚃 𝕎𝕙𝕒𝕋 𝐃𝐈𝐃 ʏᴏᴜ 𝑎𝐶𝑡𝑈𝑎𝐿𝐿𝑦 ᗪOOOO to ᵍᵉᵗ ᵇᵉᵗᵗᵉʳ???????”

What’s in this self-guided journal full of prompts & exercises is *exactly* what I did. I sat down every day & wrote out specific things: I am statements, truth statements to combat the lies of my abuser, ‘I love you_____’ statements, gratitude lists, desired feeling lists, questions to help me process reality (since so much of verbal & narcissistic abuse is an attempt to psychologically alter your reality & worthiness)… & several other exercises.

I compiled the best of what worked for me!I t’s not sexy, but it’s what I did everyday for YEARS that kept me fighting for my humanity & survival.

These prompts kept me from committing suicide. These prompts kept me from settling in & staying.

These prompts & exercises helped me to stay empowered & focused on surviving + escaping.

These prompts & exercises CURRENTLY help me to keep healing & focus on protecting myself (since victims of childhood trauma + adult abuse tend to be abused over & over again). Healing work is rewiring your brain.

This journal focuses on MOVING FORWARD not dwelling on past trauma, though there’s a place for that too.

I STILL do all these prompts & exercises every damn day, but now with a more robust set of habits including meditation + diaphragmatic breathing.

I created this for folxs willing to give 10 min’s a day towards self-guided healing. If you won’t devote 10 min. a day to healing you’re prolly not ready to get better. That’s okay too. If it’s one thing you can’t force in life it’s healing before you’re ready.

But if you’re ready… this resource is for YOU.

If you prefer hard copy or eBook it will be available on Amazon soon!
